1. Use of the App
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- Local Viewer Service: OpenSesame Reads is a local file viewer/reader utility. It does not provide or host any comic books, manga, or reading materials. You are solely responsible for obtaining legal copies of the files (CBZ, CBR, ZIP, RAR) that you import and read using this app.
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to load copyrighted content that you do not own or have a legal license to view.
2. Intellectual Property
The application and its original content (excluding user-imported files), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OpenSesame Reads and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Links
Our app displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (AdMob). The Service may also contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OpenSesame Reads, nor its developers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any content loaded, stored, or read using the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
